What is your jewellery made of?

All our pieces are crafted from strong stainless steel and coated in 18K real gold using PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition). PVD is an environmentally friendly process that creates a finish up to ten times thicker than traditional gold plating.

 

They’re 100% waterproof and highly durable—so you can sweat, shower, and swim without taking them off.

Are your pieces hypoallergenic?

Yes! All Alyra pieces are hypoallergenic. They are free from nickel and lead, making them safe for sensitive skin.

How should I care for my jewellery?

Clean your pieces regularly by wiping them with a soft, dry polishing cloth.

 

Note: Apply gentle pressure when cleaning and don't over polish as polishing cloths can be abrasive.

 

Store your Alyra pieces in a safe, dry place when not being worn.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 2-8 business days depending on your region and Express delivery usually takes 1-4 business days depending on your region.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days from the purchase date. Pieces must be unworn and in original packaging. Refer to our Returns Policy for further information.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before it’s shipped.
