What is your jewellery made of?

Our jewellery is crafted from recycled 925 Sterling Silver and finished with a thick layer of 18K Gold Vermeil for long-lasting wear.

Are your pieces hypoallergenic?

Yes! All Alyra pieces are hypoallergenic. They are free from nickel and lead, making them safe for sensitive skin.

What is Gold Vermeil? 

Gold Vermeil (pronounced ver-may) is a premium form of gold plating. To be considered gold vermeil, jewellery must have a thick layer of gold — at least 2.5 microns over Sterling Silver.

 

At Alyra, we use 18k Gold Vermeil, which means your jewellery is crafted with higher-quality gold than many standard plated pieces.

How should I care for my jewellery?

We recommend wiping it gently with a soft polishing cloth after wear and storing your pieces in a clean, dry place. Avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions and household chemicals for best results.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 2-8 business days depending on your region and Express delivery usually takes 1-4 business days depending on your region.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days from the purchase date. Pieces must be unworn and in original packaging. Refer to our Returns Policy for further information.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before it’s shipped.
