All Alyra jewellery excluding earrings and earring accessories (due to hygiene reasons) may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. Sale and clearance items are non-refundable and may only be eligible for store credit (as specified on the promotion).

If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, items must not be worn or used and all items must be in original packaging. Alyra Collective will not accept responsibility for any damage caused to any items during transit if the items are not returned in its original packaging.

Alyra Collective reserves the right to deny an exchange or return on items that appear to be used, worn, scratched or damaged and the items will be returned to the sender. Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 2–3 business days for processing. During busy sale periods, processing may take a little longer.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked service. If you are exchanging an item, the new shipping costs will be applied and must be paid before items are processed for delivery. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds can take up to 72 hours to appear back into your account. All refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If stock is unavailable, the customer can request the item to be put on back order or request a store credit. Once the item is back in stock, it will be processed and sent out for delivery.
