Alyra Collective offers a six (6) month warranty on all of our jewellery from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase must be provided for your warranty to be valid. Our jewellery is of delicate nature and care must be taken when wearing and storing your jewellery. We recommend following our care instructions to ensure longevity of your jewellery.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects. This does not include neglect, wear & tear, loss, damage, breakage, tarnishing or changes in appearance on any or all parts of the jewellery.
All metals naturally tarnish over time. Contact with foreign substances such as hand sanitiser, cleaning agents, cosmetic products, moisturisers, soap and chlorine can cause tarnishing and discolouration much faster. Tarnishing and discolouration are not covered by warranty.
